Client Tax Manager – Full or Part Time / Flexible Hours / Hybrid Working – Dynamic Accountancy Practice – East Sussex / Hybrid Working – GBP50k – GBP65k + bonus and benefits

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Client Tax Manager, ideally with 3–5 years experience and ACA, ATT, CTA qualified (or qualified by experience), to join a well–established, successful and growing accountancy practice in East Sussex , on a full or part time basis.

Joining a fabulous team of dynamic individuals and working closely with the Directors, the Tax Manager will undertake a senior role within the firm.

Our client is looking for someone who is keen to join a fast–growing accountancy and tax specialist firm to support their continued success and growth; this role offers genuine long–term opportunities with the option for mentoring being offered by the practice owner.

Key responsibilities as the Tax Manager will include:

• Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns
• Offering a tax advisory service to clients
• Drafting reports and letters of advice
• Liaising with clients and attending meetings
• Ensuring all tax compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Supervising team members and providing support as necessary
• Working closely with the Directors to support the continued success and growth of the firm

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Tax Accountant / Tax Manager (ACA, ATT or CTA)
• Previous accountancy practice experience providing tax accountancy to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Solid understanding of UK tax laws
• Ability to build strong working relationships with existing and new clients
• IT literacy including MS Office and Xero
• Confident communication skills
• Ambitious, dynamic and forward–thinking nature
• Desire to work in a rapid–growth environment
