Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a BRAND NEW, PURPOSE BUILT & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Dartford.
•             Up to £13 per UDA
•             EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME
•             50% split on privte and labs
•             2 Associates & 2 Therapists on-site
•             Practice mananger & Treatment co-ordinator on-site
•             Large 5 surgery practice - paperless with clinipads and SOE
•             CBCT scanner
•             iTero scanner
•             Digital x-rays 
•             Rotary Endodontics
•             Apex Locator
•             Experienced nurse provided
•             Dedicated staff room and shower facilities
•             Long waiting list of patients
•             General Dentistry and Invisalign

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
