Job description
We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join our team here at Harrods. This is an exciting opportunity as this role will be a critical enabler to our Workday Roadmap. About the Role As the People Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for partnering with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Leadership and HR Business Partners to gain an understanding into the main business challenges, and advising on what analytics can be provided to support with insights. You will have oversight of the People MI Analyst who will mainly work on Workday reporting, and be able to provide training and guidance to them You will also: Own the monthly operational reporting to key business stakeholders. Shape, build and deliver new reports and dashboards in Workday and PowerBI to meet and adapt to changing business needs. Develop the reporting roadmap in partnership with HRIS team, HRBPs, COE and business stakeholders Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects by working across boundaries, gathering requirements, managing key stakeholders and owning project documentation About You As the People Analytics Specialist you will have strong analytical skills, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture You will also need to have: Experience of data analysis and visualization, using tools such as PowerBI to build dashboards that can be easily understood by stakeholders (including Leadership). Experience in the configuration of workforce reporting and dashboards in Workday. Experience of tools to transform data from HR systems into dashboards (experience of Alteryx is an advantage). Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortably.
