Robert Half are excited to announce that we have partnered with an inspiring not-for-profit who are making impressive changes within their space.
They are looking for a HR Assistant/Office Manager to come into this role with a willingness to learn and develop. You will be offered full training and work directly under a manager who is committed to your success.
This role is office based in their brand new offices near Holborn station.
THE ROLE:
- HR Administration including supporting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, assisting with processing payroll and preparing HR reports.
- Ensuring HR policies and the staff handbook is up to date.
- Identifying new ways to improve employee experience and engagement.
- Office Management duties including ensuring the working environment is fit for purpose.
- Arranging staff events.
THE PERSON:
- Proactive and ambitious.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient on Microsoft Suites.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification preferred.
- Keen to learn and develop into a HR/Office Manager role.
- Passionate about working for a not-for-profit where you can make a difference.
