Job description
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the attainment of the company's business objectives by
- Ensuring day to day operations and transactional entry run smoothly for Development and other group entities
- Ensure cashflow is understood, monitored and forecast
- Ensuring accounts produced monthly and reported to the board
- Ensure compliance with external regulators is maintained.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To manage day to day financial operations of multiple companies
- To assist with development and roll out of processes and best practice across finance department
- Key point of contact for payroll and supplier payment queries
- Line management for Management accountants covering development and other group companies
- Processing of various VAT/CIS/PAYE returns
- Monthly review/production of management accounts for reporting to FD
- Budgets and forecasts to be produced alongside FD/MD
- Other Adhoc requests and reporting as required.
