Role: Field Sales Manager

Location: Remote- Region West Sussex, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas

Package: £45,000 + £15k OTE

Opportunity:

The UK Fibre market is booming and our client are delivering lightning-fast internet speeds to homes and businesses across the West Sussex, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas!

The UK government have set a target for every UK home to have gigabit capable broadband by 2030 and now that the networks are built and in place in the West Sussex, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas, it’s time to get the customers connected!

This is your chance to come in as a Field Sales Manager and work closely with the Ian, who is the Head of Sales, to plan and manage the activity for external field sales agencies and 2 internal field sales teams.

The role is remote, but from time to time you will go to the HQ in London and meet some of your team on patch.

We are open to your industry background, so as long as you have managed Field Sales teams before, then we are happy to talk.

This is a newly created role, so you will have the flexibility and freedom to do things your way,

Alternatively if your ambitions are to step up to a managerial post, then working closely with Ian, who’s got over 20 years’ experience in this area, could be exactly the stepping stone and support you need.
