Answer the phone, take and distribute messages/mail and redirect calls in a clear, courteous, helpful and professional manner
Execute the visitor experience – greeting, connecting visitors with staff in a timely fashion
Keep all meeting rooms & kitchenettes maintained, stocked and serviced
Manage the post room– ensuring all goods in/out are processed as necessary and kept tidy
Office & store supplies management – order stationery, beverages, business cards
Ensure that the plants are maintained according to the department rotas
Assisting with raising POs
Printing/binding/laminating of documents
Administrative support
Perform the supervision of the Concierge Department in the absence of the Concierge ensuring a consistent delivery of high levels of service – e.g. cover of lunch, holidays & sickness

Shift patterns:
5 days per week from Monday to Friday
Shift 1: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Shift 2: 9.00am to 5.30pm (must be flexible across both shift patterns)
