The Regional Youth Officer, Development role is complex and challenging so the successful candidate will be a proactive youth leader2023 with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to manage complex change well, and continually focus on the delivery of consistently high quality results.
The Regional Youth Officer, Development will assist the Regional Youth Lead, Development; District teams and the Regional Youth Manager to increase the number ofyoung people who volunteer by ensuring effective implementation of youth recruitment, youth advocacy andyouth projects.
