Job description

Syme Drummond is working exclusively with this exciting and innovative global travel business in Glasgow.

As they embark on more company growth they have a requirement to hire a proactive HR Administrator who will support their global People and Culture team. Initially for a period of 6 months however with a strong chance of being made permanent, this role will offer an experienced HR Administrator/HR Assistant the opportunity to work closely with the Head of People and Culture and People and Culture Manager.

You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and will enjoy working in a busy and varied role that will require you to use your initiative and organisational skills to ensure you deliver a first class HR support service. The role is based in Glasgow and offers hybrid working.

You will demonstrate your experience in areas such as:

  1. Managing the HR System
  2. Providing administration support for areas such as HR policies and procedures
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding
  4. Employee engagement

In addition, this role will give you the opportunity to support the P&C team on wider business projects such as B corp certification. You will be joining a business leader who is all about embracing Disruptive HR, where you will be encouraged to learn and grow so apply now if this sounds like you!
