As the People and Culture Advisor for the company's European colleagues you will support their leaders across Europe on all people related activity. You'll build effective working relationships across your business area and play a pivotal role in ensuring the business remains a great place to work.

Description
- Providing advice and support to people managers on all areas of employee relations including conduct, sickness, performance and grievances.
- You'll support your leaders to create an environment where people thrive and feel included, valued and respected, measured regularly through employee feedback.
- Ensure a fair and consistent approach to all employee relations and ensure people managers are educated on such matters including running training sessions in line with relevant employment law.
- Use data and analytics to build people metrics to understand and identify opportunities for further improvement within your area.
- Advise on wellbeing support, benefits, working practices and terms and conditions in line with relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- Support the People and Culture Manager with processes including salary reviews, bonus plan management, employee survey participation, and market/competitive analysis.
- Ensure all Onboarding activities are carried out for your new hires.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed for your business area.Regular travel to projects, to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Support People Team on wider projects and initiatives as required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Prior experience working with European employees would be desirable
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
