Job description

A unique opportunity for CAD Technician to join an engineering consultancy that operates as an in-house Structural Engineering expert for a busy Architectural firm based in Fife.

As a CAD Technician you will be contributing to innovative, ecofriendly, and impressive residential building designs throughout the UK.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will focus solely on design tasks for diverse residential buildings using AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD.

While Revit experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire design process from concept to construction.

Responsibilities:

The CAD Technician will exclusively handle design tasks, without line management responsibilities. Your expertise will directly impact the creation of various residential building designs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Experience in the residential/buildings sector is preferred.

Revit experience is a plus but not required.

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000+ per annum.
