The successful candidate will work directly alongside a recognised "leading individual" in the legal 500 and a stellar client roster, made up of sports personalities, celebrities, blue-chip companies, and high net worth individuals. The hiring firms geographical reach extends beyond England, serving clients as far-reaching as the USA and the Caribbean. 

The successful candidate will quickly become an integral part of a team known for  its in-depth knowledge, excellent technical and commercial skills, and a reputation as one of the top litigation teams in the Northwest. Requirements

1. 1. Handle Complex Litigation Cases: Manage a diverse range of litigation cases for our esteemed client base, demonstrating expertise in commercial law.
   

2. 2. Provide Legal Counsel: Offer sound legal advice to clients, including sports personalities, celebrities, blue-chip companies, and high net worth individuals.
   

3. 3. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with colleagues across departments, contributing to the collaborative and supportive culture at Napthens.
   

4. 4. Build Client Relationships: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new ones, maintaining Napthens reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
   

5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of legal developments, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of legal knowledge and expertise.
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer: A qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
  
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in handling complex commercial litigation cases with a track record of successful outcomes.
  
• Client-Focused: Strong client management skills with experience handling a diverse client base, including high-profile individuals and corporate entities.
