KS2 Teacher

Type: Full-Time | Long Term - Permanant

Start Date: 15/04/2024

Pay rate: £140-210 per day

LTF Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity with a partner Primary school looking for a KS2 Class Teacher, based in Barking and Dagenham. The school is a lovely 2 form entry school who has recently been graded Good by Ofsted. The school is filled with supportive staff who all encourage the progression and development of all children equally. Working alongside experienced supportive staff, a successful candidate will be involved in planning, marking, team meetings and developing interventions to help children progress.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning engaging and informative lessons.
• Marking and carrying out continuous assessment following school policies.
• Implementing various behaviour management strategies.
• Working as part of a team in order to effectively plan, assess and manage the daily running of the classroom.
• Delegating work to other staff to work with small groups.
• Planning and running small group and 1:1 interventions.
• Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through their presentation and personal and professional conduct.

Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS).
• Previous Teaching experience (ECT's welcome).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday full time.
