Role: Personal Injury Claims Handler
Salary: 30k - 40k
Location: Salford Quays or Manchester City Centre

My client, a distinguished insurance and technology group, are searching for an experienced Personal Injury Claims Handler. This is a flexible role, with the opportunity to work from home for four days a week (after the probationary period) and one in the office (either Salford Quays or Manchester City centre - your choice). This is a full time permanent position, with working hours between 9-5 - flexibility available.

Duties include:
- Log, process and settle claims according to my client's procedures and standards
- Take responsibility for your own portfolio of personal injury, third party motor claims and associated damage claims (including Scottish and Northern Irish claims)
- Deal with initial fraud concern cases
- Handle claims using an OIC Portal

Please note that strong motor claims experience working within a bodily injury claims environment is essential. You would also ideally have proficient experience of handling personal injury claims including indemnity validation, accurate reserve setting, liability resolution, quantum assessment and settlement techniques
