What you will do in your working day
- Working within the Telecommunications Team
- Completing inbound and outbound contacts (email and phone)
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Writing and sending customer mailshot information
- Data Cleasning
- Contacting potential new customers
- Displaying excellent sales skills
The training you will be getting - Sales Execitive Level 4 Apprenticeship
- Studying over 18 months
- Training delivered by specialised Tutors and Guest Speakers
- Sessions delivered face to face and remotley over Microsoft Teams
- Will gain a wealth of knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Training delivered monthly or more regularly is required
