The Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Building the HR Team from scratch including implementation of a HR System, working closely with stakeholders on organisational development and budgetting Performance management and handling an employee size of 135 employees which will grow to 150 in the coming months Capacity planning and building HR Framework The full 360 cyle of HR from recruitment and on boarding to training and development Managing 3 direct reports Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters Utilize data analytics to assess HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. £77.49k - £90.41k per annum
