Position: Optometrist

Location: Stanway Sainsburys, Essex

Salary: Up to 65,000 + performance related bonus + benefits + free parking

Hours: Full time or Part time

Experience: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist

• Using your passion for your patients and your profession, deliver a memorable customer journey

• Build trusted, longstanding relationships not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community

Our Leadership Team

We have 5 Optometry Directors within the store, collectively providing 75 years of optometry experience. We are very proud of our Pre-Reg programme and have enjoyed many years of success; our Principal Optometrist has 15 years experience.

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our stores ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isnt afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, were looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward. Your career development will be mapped and documented, targeting your career aspirations, and aligned to your clinical development. Your growth will become our store legacy and an inspiration to our Pre-Reg Optometrists of the future.
