Assistant Manager Vacancy- Full Time- £27,000-£30,000 + profit share- *personal licence essential*

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our talented management team at the Sheldon Arms.

Cavery experience desirable.

• Be an expert in communication and be passionate about making every customer visit memorable.
• You will be a key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and taking the lead on some areas of the business.
• Take ownership of problems and be commercially aware.
• You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail and be keen to learn and grow in your role

The Sheldon Arms is a busy family pub and carvery located just outside Ashton town centre and just off junction 22 of the M60.  It offers excellent guest service and are famed for their fresh, delicious carvery.  All food is freshly prepared to order from breakfast to the indulgent traditional style pub grub.
