Job description
This ambitious, Top 200 UK Law firm is looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their well-regarded team. This role will be based in their modern Taunton office.
The firm has a strong reputation in private client work and due to growth are looking for an experienced and driven Contentious Probate Solicitor of Legal Executive to join them. Candidates with relevant experience outside of the preferred PQE are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate can expect a broad and varied caseload dealing with claims under the Inheritance Act, claims challenging the validity of a Will and handling Executor and Trustees disputes.
A demonstrated passion for this area of work and strong communication skills are essential.
