Job description

Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Trust Manager, Relationship Management. This role is open to newly promoted managers or candidates seeking a step up from Trust Officer.

Overall purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the management of a team of relationship managers and administrators in addition to a personal involvement with a portfolio of client relationships. Ensure the effective control and delegation of work processes; oversee the training of junior staff whilst building both internal and external relationships and seeking to enhance business revenues.

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA or ACCA
• Strong Knowledge and experience of offshore Trust and Company administration
• A proven track record of client service excellence and business development
• Demonstrate experience of successfully managing a team and meeting billing/cash collection targets and deadlines
• Good knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory environment
