Job description

Given the scale and importance of the research, a key objective of this post will be to coordinate the efforts of different colleagues to effectively engage with potential participants and deliver essential study tasks - for instance, recruiting participants to the research study through liaison with clinical teams and collecting study data through assessments. They will also be able to maintain the trial database, ensuring entries are complete, accurate and up-to-date. The research assistant will assist in maintaining trial records in accordance with the protocol and the principles of Good Clinical Practice. Internal applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis.
