Job description

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for our client a local government based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be working across shared services to deliver a professional and consistent employee relations service which enables customers to manage their people resources effectively. The role is ER focused and will be looking after Operational areas providing expert ER advice and guidance to managers and dealing with all ER cases. This is a 6 month starting contract with the possibility for extensions. Two positions are available one full time and one part time (hours to be discussed for part time). Hybrid working is available. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
