Start date: 15th April 2024

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4pm (term time only)

Pay: £80 - £95 per day (dependant on experience)

We are currently working in partnership with a fabulous Primary school in Tower Hamlets, East London who are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter Holidays.

Our client school is a fantastic 1.5 form entry school, located in a fantastic area of Tower Bridge.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will join this passionate and supportive team in providing classroom based assistance to SEN pupils on a whole class and 1:1 basis.

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants who meet the following requirements:

• A dedicated and driven Teaching Assistant
• Experienced in SEN and/or SEMH support (although classroom based experience is desirable, we will consider applications from other areas such as health & social care)
• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experienced in supporting Primary aged pupils
• Punctual, reliable and friendly
• Able to adapt learning to support children with SEN
• UK resident with right to work
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
