About Our Client

Job Description

• Create new and innovative flavour profiles.
• Research and development of new concentrates and flavours.
• Formulate flavour that meet all regulatory guidelines and restrictions.
• Acquire a good understanding of the markets in which we operate and incorporate findings in development.
• Monitor stock levels of lab and manufacturing ingredients and raise purchase orders to replenish stock.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Flavour technologist should have:

• Active flavour development experience for an FMCG business.
• Specialised knowledge in flavours for e-liquids.
• Ability to use a GCMS and product technical reports.
• Knowledge of fundamental flavour chemistry and sensory perception.
• BSc minimum in a related subject
