Job description
Skillsearch is helping a games studio find an experienced Producer to guide the development journey of a highly anticipated title. This full-time Producer remote role offers a salary of up to $135k and excellent benefits.
You'll collaborate closely with a talented production team, manage development resources, and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders. You will also identify critical path risks to development, implement mitigation plans as necessary, and drive results.
In your first few weeks in this Producer role, you can expect to:
- Work with the project team and QA to manage bug assignments, priority-setting, and progress toward resolution
- Allocate resources to eliminate roadblocks and ensure successful sprint and milestone completions
- Collaborate with development leadership to align strategic goals and tactical measures
- Drive the development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
To apply for this Producer role, you will need 5+ years in game development with one or more shipped titles. You will also require the following:
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies
- Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines
- 1st-person shooter game development experience is (preferred).
As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach, and commitment, you'll receive a salary of $85,000 to $135,000 and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage and an equitable profit-sharing program.
