What you will do in your working day
As an Apprentice Project Engineer (Mechanical) you will develop the required Mechanical Engineering skills and knowledge to be able to:
- Play a part in managing and delivering a of projects including plant upgrades and sustainability plans across our Bradford/Grimsby and European manufacturing sites
- Work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Asset Teams and Shift Teams
- Work safely in a science manufacturing environment
- Document projects in line with regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing problems
- Generate technical design packages
The training you will be getting Alongside workplace training, you'll also be studying for a Level 6 Science Industry Process Plant Engineer Degree Apprenticeship. This includes a BEng in Professional Engineering (Science Industry Process/Plant Engineer). It's the perfect mix of classroom learning and real-world experience.

A Level or equivalent Mathematics based, STEM subject and one other (Grade CCC or above) Essential
