Job description
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is currently seeking Care Assistants to provide care and support to Service Users with challenging behaviour , learning disability and Clinical Care needs in their own home in Middlesbrough.
We are recruiting for individuals with Excellent interpersonal skills, resiliency, and an eagerness to make a real difference in someone's life are all key to being successful in this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for care professionals with an interest in specific complex conditions who want to develop their skills and knowledge whilst gaining experience.
In return you would become an essential part of his life and make an impact promoting their independence and daily life activities in the safest manner possible and become part of our existing care team in fulfilling this exciting role.
We are looking to employ carers who are passionate about giving the best care they can and promoting independence.
Hourly Rate: £11 - £12 per hour (will increase on completion of competencies)
Location: Middlesbrough
Shift Patterns: 12 Hours shift, Days and nights
Contract: Full Time or Part Time
Specialty: Complex Care
Theory and practical training will be provided to ensure you have the correct skills to support this individual. This will allow you to learn new skills and develop your career as a Complex Care Health Care Assistant.
