Express Recruitment are proud to be working an illustrious company based in Derby who are looking for recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team, providing support to a member of the executive board.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be responsible for advanced executive support including managing complex relationships, drafting a range of correspondence such as reports and presentations, and managing meetings and events.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide executive support around diary, inbox and travel management to member of the executive board and partners.
• Manage meetings and events, complex relationship management, drafting a range of correspondence, reports, presentations and other materials.
• Gather information and prepare papers and presentations for both internal and external meetings.
• Manage electronic mail and files, distribute documents, handle telephone queries and liaison with internal/external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role, assisting and supporting at an executive level.
• Experience working in a large/complex organisation advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of producing professional standard minutes and reports.
