Job description
The position entails the sales of the company’s assortment of pre-insulated district heating pipework and fittings. These components are vital for transporting heat from a centralized source (such as a boiler or heat pump) into multi-occupancy buildings. This role primarily involves selling through specification to consultant engineers and civil engineers, as well as contractors and installers. Sales activities include on-site engagement in the early stages of projects and presentations at regional office levels. Additionally, products are subsequently distributed through merchant/distribution channels such as Wolseley, BSS, and Smith Brothers Stores. The role encompasses providing technical support, leveraging technical and design expertise, conducting demonstrations, and resolving issues as they arise. In addition to securing specifications, the individual will be actively involved in on-site sales, providing ongoing support and training while being backed by an internal design and technical team.
