ODP/Theatre Nurses - Hull

Job description
Are you an ODP or a Theatre nurse looking for extra work in the Hull area? We have work for all theatre specialties, with rates from £27 – £30.72 per hour. With a 10-minute walk from the train station which have direct services from Beverley, Cottingham, Driffield, Bridlington, Sheffield, York and Doncaster. Many buses also travel to the Hospital as well as a number of parking sites.

Responsibilities include:
- Support the anaesthetist
- Prepare special equipment, device and drugs ensuring everything is sterile
- Assess the patient prior to surgery
- Care and support patients
- Hand tolls to the doctor during the surgery
- Perform other necessary duties in the operating room
- Providing appropriate care and treatment until patient has recovered
- Assess the patient to ensure they can be discharged back to ward
Requirements:
- NMC pin with a minimum of 6months recent experience
- Right to work in the UK – Proof required
- To meet framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational health
- Clinical References and an Update CV with 10 year experience including education and gaps.
