Our client seeks a Professional Services Engineer to join their team. Role Profile: To provide engineering and sales support while being accountable for customer satisfaction within the client base for the Business. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting and implementing solutions based around communication and collaboration systems, workplace services including desktop solutions, collaboration technologies, voice solutions and enablement of secure remote working environments. Work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. Demonstrate strong technical competence and business acumen through engaging in technology decision-making discussions related to agility and business value surrounding enterprise workplace solutions. You'll empower other team members by sharing subject matter expertise in enterprise implementations.Responsibility for providing implementation, support and design assistance for client projects.You will be closely aligned with the Professional Services Consultant specialising in Modern Workplace, Cloud and the Managed Services. You will have the opportunity to provide subject matter expertise on technical solutions, and act as a technical point of contact for implementation projects and in-life service delivery. Responsible for identifying, developing and assisting with the implementation of services to drive new revenue and achieve targets within the Enterprise market. Support & drive to lead digital transformation within customer organisations. You will help improve customer employee mobility, efficiency, teamwork and security demonstrating your experience in Windows 10/11, Office 365 and ideally Microsofts Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S), along with the other services and solutions. Ensure that Services/Projects are documented and delivered effectively. Record and store customer meeting notes Identify risk areas and communicate these to the team if necessary Hand over all necessary documentation to the end customer Request training as and when required to assist with the position. Provide a training and development platform that you will have full access to as well as manufacturer training and certifications. Understand and comply with the licence and other regulatory rules, Data Protection Law, and Health and Safety responsibilities relevant to the role as defined in the Safety Policy. Work in accordance with the safety procedures and safe working policies. Undertake appropriate security awareness training covering information security, data protection, financial crime and payment card data and comply with their information security responsibilities. This awareness training includes understanding of the incident reporting process to be followed in the event of the employee suspecting, causing, or discovering an information security incident. Due to the nature of this position, the postholder must hold a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure. Key Skills and Experience: Essential Microsoft 365, Windows 10 /11 (incl.
