Position:

Business Development Manager

Location: UK & Europe (Home based)

Salary: £60k – £70k (Neg. DOE) Commission OTE £10k – £15k + Car allowance £10k + Laptop & Smartphone.

The right candidate can expect a substantial package including generous basic salary, attractive commission earnings, and a car allowance as well as some other nice to have benefits!

Holidays: 31 Days paid holiday allowance

The Company:

Providers of lamination solutions for revolutionising digital flexible packaging, printed products, labels and on-demand book publishing.

Group HQ based in Essex with stock holding also in Europe.

The Role:

Due to the continued expansion my client have an exciting and rewarding Business Development role available.

This self-starting role will cover the UK and Europe, specifically Benelux and Germany.

Responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding assigned accounts within the agreed territories of UK and Europe to achieve established sales and gross profit objectives.

Focus on helping prospects and customers to achieve their desired business outcomes while offering specialist film products and services.

Requirements:

• Experience with flexpack, labels, and print is a prerequisite
• Demonstrable track record in building new sales with a technical product in a fast-moving market is essential
• Proficiency in identifying sales opportunities
• Utilise consultative selling skills to understand and meet or exceed customer’s business needs
