Job description

St Georges Surgery in Blackburn are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator/Receptionist. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.

Job duties will include:
• General admin duties
• Answering the telephone
• Booking appointments/processing prescriptions
• Managing the surgery e-mails
• Any other ad hoc admin duties passed from the management team

Requirements:
• Flexible
• Punctual
• Hardworking
• Willing to learn

Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 37.5 hours per week
