Job description

We have a vacancy for a home to school passenger assistant. This role is to assist service users with special needs, mobility issues as necessary; to ensure the safety and comfort of service users whilst on the vehicle; to assist with the communication between service user(s) and the driver/office staff.
Duties are to assist service users onto and off the vehicle; ensure safety and
comfort of service users during journeys, assist as required between minibus and homes/destinations.
