Working with both large and small businesses and brands, from exciting enterprises to household names like Sky, Subway, Tesco, Cancer Research UK and more, you’ll manage clients’ digital media investment, planning and channel activation as part of a winning team.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting into the Digital Account Director and working with the wider digital specialists, with responsibilities including:
- Client services / account management.
- Communicate results and performance in well-honed presentations.
- Activate mostly biddable media, across paid social and search.
- Develop an understanding of all aspects of digital media (paid social, programmatic and search (SEO & PPC).
- Contribute digital media recommendations to wider media plans.
- Working collaboratively with other media channels.
- Responsibility for the QA process across media activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process.
Who we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years digital/media/creative/data agency experience.
- Best practices view of the benefits of digital media.
- Understanding of how digital media can be leveraged to drive business growth.
- Big on analysing audiences and results to establish benchmarks to build on.
- An understanding of programmatic and how a demand-side platform (DSP) is used to buy impressions in real-time.
- Strong experience/knowledge of advertising via Facebook Platforms, DMPs, programmatic display & YouTube.
- Proven track record in directing multiple stakeholders to ensure all client work meets objectives and is delivered on time/budget and to a very high standard.
- To have a keen eye for detail and deliver constructive feedback positively across the agency.
- To understand the importance of measurement and have a strong understanding of campaign deliverables.
