Job description
We are looking for a Greggs Area Manager to join our clients new and growing Food to Go division. We are looking for an individual looking to progress in their career, taking responsibility for the Food to Go stores across the South of England.
Candidates could currently be working as a Greggs Store Manager and looking to move up the career ladder to the next stage.
Responsibilities:
- Uses the KPI weekly sales report to track shop and area performance, identifying trends and being proactive in order to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensures great availability and quality of shop produced products through compliance to bake forecast plan, sandwich production, Hot-to-Go, breakfast processes and hot drinks
- Supports promotional campaigns and new product launches to enable shop teams to maximise potential sales performance
- Identifies competitor and local activity, makes timely decisions and amends forecasts if required.
- Drives team awareness and encourages the use of Greggs Rewards.
- Is fully involved in new shop openings, refits and re-sites to ensure swift achievement of sales targets through excellent service and standards by a well-prepared shop team.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday. The company offer a bonus scheme and competitive salary.
You will need to be willing to travel and have 2 years experience in a similar role.
Driving licence and own vehicle is a must with this role.
