Job description
The Interim HR Generalist will be responsible for:
- Supporting the UK office with their HR needs including employee administration, talent acquisition, employee relations case management, policy and procedure management, any adhoc HR duties that arise etc.
- Support the company through a period of large change from an HR perspective
- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Relations case management
- Act as the main point of contact within Oxford for any UK based employee support needed
- Supporting with Visa legalities
