Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal - Bath

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join a UK Top 100 law firm.

Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their Inquests and Clinical Negligence team in Bath.

The role will involve progressing your own caseload under supervision and also assisting on others' cases. Duties will include:

• Corresponding with clients, counsel, experts, courts and others (in writing, in person and via phone)
• Supporting clients and Counsel by attending inquests and court hearings (both remotely and in-person). This often requires travel throughout England and Wales
• Reviewing and analysing case documents, including medical records, policy documents and witness evidence
• Draft legal documents, such as witness statements, expert and Counsel instructions and letters of advice and which address all relevant legal and factual issues and accurately address the client's instructions
• Undertaking effective and accurate legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results clearly, etc.

To be considered, you must have experience of working as a Paralegal in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and / or Inquest work.
