Fabulous role for someone used to working in a franchise environment! Here you will have the chance to wfh 2 days a week alongside also visiting your restaurant/hotel and store clients regularly to help with training needs…so there is plenty of autonomy. You must have worked in a FRANCHISE business and be looking for a high level of customer engagement. TITLE: Franchisee Engagement/ Account Manager

Location : High Wycombe: Bucks

Language : Fluent English

Sector : Hospitality/Hotels and food

Salary : circa 57,000 ( base of £45k+ 10% bonus and cash car allowance of £7,750)

Company : Well known restaurant business with a global presence

Work style: 3 days in the office. 2 days are wfh. The company culture is very flexible indeed

The role in a nutshell : To make restaurant owners aware of the additional services, training and support that can be provided to them to help build their businesses. This includes access to training as well as buying-support and information about extra discounts that are available to the franchisee. There will be some very limited travel in the UK
