Job description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing Team.
Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential and you must be able to demonstrate your organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectations.
You will be working in the Plot Sales team. Day to day duties will include

• Preparing contract packs for plot sales to send to the purchaser’s solicitor;
• Dealing with purchaser’s enquiries relating to title, searches and site specific information;
• Reviewing title documents, searches and protocol forms on part-exchange properties, raising enquiries and preparing part-exchange files for completion;
• Dealing with exchanges and completions for plot sales and part-exchanges;
• Re-selling part-exchange properties to a purchaser;
• Attending weekly and adhoc client meetings to update on all current plot sales files.
