The Support Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and year groups, with a specific focus on catering to the needs of SEN students. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across various subjects and year levels, tailored to the specific needs of SEN students.
Providing individualized support to SEN students, addressing specific learning needs and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers and SEN coordinators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Contributing to the extracurricular activities of the school, ensuring that activities are accessible and inclusive for all students.
Inspiring a love for learning and fostering curiosity within all students, including those with SEN.
Requirements:
Relevant experience working in a school setting, particularly with SEN students, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Flexibility to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
