As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Logistics Trainee.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to delve into the heart of logistics and courier services operations. The successful candidate will learn the roles of a controller within our courier division and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of our van hire business. You'll be an integral part of a busy, close-knit team, contributing to the smooth running of our services. You will need to be flexible and take on a variety of roles depending on the situation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and assist in the daily operations of our courier and van hire services.
• Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Engage with clients and professionally handle enquiries.
• Support logistical planning and vehicle management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service quality.

• 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays.
• Work schedule: Saturday mornings are mandatory, with a mid-week day off. The rest of the hours will be spread throughout the mid-week. Sundays will be one of your days off.
