Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Head of Religious Studies Department to join us on a Temp to PERM basis. You will be responsible for leading and managing the department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Religious Studies or related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of leading a team and managing resources effectively
• An excellent understanding of current educational issues and developments in Religious Studies
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
