Job description
The Department boasts of a strong research background. There are close links with Keele University. The Fellow would be expected to show a strong research commitment is expected to have at least two peer reviewed publications at the end of the tenure. The junior staffing at Oswestry consists of 18 Specialty Registrars who will usually be in the more senior years of training (ST5 ST8). Orthopaedic Service Registrars also support the complement of Specialty Registrars in Orthopaedics. It will be the responsibility of the Spinal Fellow to supervise the Specialty Registrars and Orthopaedic Service Registrars within the Spinal Disorders team.
