This will be mainly  inbound phone calls , but can also be outbound calls, emails, live chat and social media enquiries.

• Problem-solving skills : the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints.

• Adaptability : the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.
• Sales skills : the ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
• Positive attitude : the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
• Strong teamwork skills : the ability to work effectively with other agents and support teams.
• Advantageous : Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre technology.

What we offer you

• Start Date Monday 25th March 2024
• Monthly Pay £21,255 per year, rising to £22,308 per year in April 2024
• Hours  Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 20:00
• Full time 37.5 hour  permanent contract
