Contract date: ASAP
Shift: Full-time or Ad-Hoc
Days of Shift: Monday – Sunday
Time for Shift: 8am – 8pm
Duties: The work requires therapy interventions and appropriate provision of equipment to keep patients safely out of hospital. The team is fully support by Advanced Clinical Practitioners with close liaison with GPS and the Acute Trust.
