About Our Client

Our client is a UK market-leading supplier of commercial laundry, catering, and heating & fire safety products. Established in 1973, they lead the market in critical equipment supply and servicing and have over 25,000 customers.

Sectors they work in include care homes, football clubs, health clubs, hospitals, prisons, hotels & spas, schools, vets & animal care & more.

They are looking for a talented Junior Commercial Solicitor to support their in-house team from their HQ in West Yorkshire. They also have an office in Manchester.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts covering a range of commercial supplier and customer requirements. You will also work closely with other areas of the organisation to ensure the business enters into commercially acceptable and robust contractual agreements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
• Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and approach to contract negotiations;
• Be comfortable working at a fast pace and happy to work independently as well as with teams across the business;
• Have good attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable.

What's on Offer

Up to circa £60k per annum, plus benefits.

Hybrid working arrangement.
