About the Role: Exam Invigilator As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for overseeing exams and assessments, ensuring that they are conducted according to established regulations and procedures. Your role will involve setting up exam venues, supervising candidates during exams, and maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
Key Responsibilities: Exam Invigilator - Set up exam venues in accordance with specified guidelines, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Greet candidates and provide clear instructions regarding exam procedures and regulations.
- Monitor candidates during exams to prevent cheating or irregularities, while also ensuring a supportive and stress-free environment.
- Respond promptly to any issues or incidents that arise during exams, following established protocols.
- Collect and securely distribute exam materials, including papers and answer booklets, as directed by the examination board.
Requirements: - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and staff.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity during exams.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends during exam periods.
- Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator or similar role is desirable but not essential.
