Job description

This international business has instructed us to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in Nottingham.

Responsibilities will include negotiating and amending contracts with suppliers and clients, improving precedents, maintaining contract management records and handling contract queries. A willingness to educate members of staff regarding good practice and risk management.

As the business expands, work on diverse new projects is increasing. Experience of internal policy writing, completing tender documentation and compliance would be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to be part of growing a team to serve the ever-evolving needs of the business, to influence that development and structure, and to experience a diverse and challenging workload.

The role is hybrid and will also support flexible hours to fit around childcare etc. The role would also accommodate part-time hours (3 or 4 days per week).
