Job description

A client in Tonbridge, Kent is looking for a temporary live-out full-time carer to help an elderly person with mobility and provide assistance with the daily living tasks. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for around 3 months.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8 hours a day

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The family would like the Carer to start as soon as possible but they are flexible with the start date for the suitable candidate.
